UltraCompare 是一款文件內容比較工具。可進行文本模式，文件夾模式以及二進制模式的比較，並且可以對比較的文件進行合併，同步等操作，支持撤消操作。擁有書籤與收藏夾功能，可以設置過濾，的確是一款比較出色的文件比較程序。你可以用它來比較兩個文本文件的不同，也可以比較以二進制的模式比較兩個EXE 文件的不同，還可以用它來比較兩個文件夾及其子文件夾內文件的不同。
