小米展示「超級大壓鑄」:9100噸比特斯拉還大100噸
小米汽車技術發布會正在進行中,雷軍稱近年來一體化壓鑄成為了行業主流方案,特斯拉最先使用,而後引領了潮流,於是在決定造車的時候就走這條路。在發布會上,雷軍發布了“小米超級大壓鑄”,為9100噸,不僅比特斯拉上海超級工廠的6000噸要大,更特斯拉在美國最先進的9000噸一體化壓鑄還大100噸。
雷軍介紹,整個一體化壓鑄設備重1050噸,佔地面積840平方米,目前已安置在小米北京汽車工廠,可將72個零件合而為一,打造一體化後地板。
不僅如此,小米還自研了合金材料「泰坦合金」,雷軍稱小米是國內唯一擁有量產自研合金材料的車廠。
