7-Zip 是一款開源的解壓縮軟件。主要用在Windows操作系統，Unix-like的操作系統如Linux與FreeBSD下面有7-zip的移植版本p7zip可以使用。它提供命令行接口的程序或圖形用戶界面的程序，而且可以與資源管理器結合。7-Zip是自由軟件，由Igor Pavlov於1999年開始發展，並把主體在GNU LGPL下發布，加密部份使用AES的代碼，使用BSD license發布，解壓RAR部分使用RAR特定的許可協議。
