AIDA64 Extreme Edition 是一款專用於測試軟硬件系統信息軟件，它支持詳細的顯示出PC每一個方面的信息。AIDA64 不僅提供了諸如協助超頻，硬件偵錯，壓力測試和傳感器監測等多種功能，而且還可以對處理器，系統內存和磁盤驅動器的性能進行全面評估。

AIDA64 的前身是EVEREST。早在16位系統的時候EVEREST叫AIDA16，後來隨著32位技術來臨改名為AIDA32，隨後再次更名才成了EVEREST。現在它的開發商Lavalys公司已經被FinalWire所收購，自己也又一次改名，變成了AIDA64，算是在回歸傳統的同時擁抱64位技術，程序圖標都是個大大的“64”，但是原來的EVEREST卻不會再更新了。

AIDA64 2.60 完美支持Windows 8。檢測各種軟件硬件溫度等信息的好助手。

“Windows 8、Windows Server 2012正式版上可以完整檢測操作系統細節、已安裝程序清單、安全軟件信息等等，還支持新一代Windows Defender。優化ACPI查詢和溫度檢測模塊。Windows系統的其它一系列bug修復：APIC計時器檢測處理器頻率、Windows產品密鑰解碼、Windows產品激活狀態檢測。”
