文檔基金會正式發布和全面提供下載LibreOffice 6.1.4開源辦公套件，這是對2018年初推出的LibreOffice 6系列第四次重大更新。LibreOffice 6.1.4在過去的六個月中一直處於開發階段，它提供諸多新功能，例如改進的圖像處理功能，這些功能明顯更快，更順暢，尤其是在打開在微軟Office創建的文檔時。

LibreOffice一款功能強大的跨平台辦公套件，可運行於Microsoft Windows, Linux以及Mac OS X等操作系統上。它是自由軟件，可供個人和企業用戶免費使用。比起昂貴的Microsoft Office 2010 /Microsoft Office 2016相比，此軟件是一個很好的替代品。LibreOffice包含了Writer、Calc、Impress、Draw、Base以及Math等多個組件，可用於文本文檔、電子表格、演示文稿和繪圖文檔的處理，數據庫設計和管理，以及數學公式編輯等任務。

LibreOffice 6.1還添加了一個新的頁面菜單，並重新組織了Draw組件的菜單，以便在不同模塊之間實現更好的一致性，改進了EPUB導出過濾器以及用於自定義元數據的附加選項以及對鏈接，圖像，表格，腳註和嵌入字體。

Base組件也得到了重大改進，即Firebird引擎現在默認啟用，取代舊的HSQLDB數據庫引擎。建議用戶使用遷移助手將文件從HSQLDB遷移到Firebird，或將其導出到外部HSQLDB服務器。

對於Linux用戶，LibreOffice 6.1可以更好地與KDE Plasma桌面環境集成，默認情況下，在基於GNOME的桌面環境中使用基本圖標，在對話框窗口上使用本機GTK + 3接口。在這個開源辦公套件的主要版本中，Microsoft Excel 2003 XML文件的導入過濾器也得到了改進。

隨著LibreOffice 6.1版本的發布，文檔基金會推出了Colibre，一個面向Windows用戶的新圖標主題，遵循Microsoft Windows操作系統默認圖標主題的設計指南。有了這個，他們希望Windows用戶在遷移到Linux或Mac等其他操作系統時會有賓至如歸的感覺。

The latest “fresh” version of LibreOffice, recommended for technology enthusiasts, which contains new features and program enhancements.  This version may contain a few annoying bugs which will be fixed in the next bugfix versions to come. LibreOffice 6.1.4 is the fourth bugfix release of the fresh line. For a list of fixed bugs compared to the previous release see the list of bugs fixed in RC1 and RC2.

In case of problems on Windows related to OpenGL rendering, you can disable it completely by applying a registry setting (only needed if LibreOffice crashes on startup, otherwise you can disable it in Tools|Options → LibreOffice → View). You can find the necessary fragment in Bugzilla (save with a .reg file extension, then you can double-click on the file to apply the change).

LibreOffice 6.0.7 (2018-11-05) – Still Branch

The mature “still” version of LibreOffice, recommended for enterprises.  As such, the version is stable and is suitable for all users. Detailed release notes can be accessed from the link below.
