BluffTitler是一款製作3D文本動畫的工具，製作結果可以實時在BluffTitler播放器中播放或輸出為視頻文件和TGA文件，供其它軟件使用。支持各種非編格式，BluffTitler老外做的軟件，對中文輸入支持也很好，支持Windows 7和Windows 8.1和Windows 10 x86和64位操作系統。

1，點擊設置 – 選項，進入到選項

2，選擇中文語言路徑：語言 – 瀏覽3，選擇中文語言：中文（簡體）.txt 
4，點OK後設置完成，即可顯示為中文界面
