NVIDIA 正式發布了452.06最新驅動版本，重點對《微軟飛行模擬器》、《魔獸世界：暗影之境》、《全面戰爭傳奇：特洛伊》、《托尼·霍克職業滑板》1+2代遊戲進行優化。在新聞稿中，NVIDIA表示《魔獸世界：暗影之境》的測試版本中即將啟用光線追踪，這是繼《我的世界》、《使命召喚》和即將推出的《賽博朋克2077》等大作之後又一款確認採用光線追踪技術的大型遊戲。

在發布的GeForce 451.48 WHQL驅動中，為所有遊戲支持DirectX 12 Ultimate，在Windows 10上添加GPU調度功能。和往常一樣，NVIDIA驅動也修復了大量的問題，修復了以下問題：

[古墓麗影][DirectX 12]，如果啟用硬件加速GPU 調度功能之後，遊戲在啟動的時候可能會崩潰。[3037544]
