微軟官方在推特上宣布Windows Server Version 1903版已被指定為可針對所有用戶進行廣泛部署的重大版本更新。與此同時微軟也即將開始向正式版用戶們大規模推送這個版本更新，相信多數還未收到更新的用戶即將會被升級。這也是Windows Server Version 1903自上半年發布以來真正大規模推送的時候，微軟認為該版本的穩定性已經達到要求。
