Radeon Software Adrenalin 2019 Edition v19.7.3 正式版驅動下載：AMD顯卡驅動
對於那些要玩《德軍總部：新血脈》（Wolfenstein: Youngblood）的A卡玩家，AMD推薦安裝最新的Radeon Software Adrenalin 2019 Edition 19.7.3驅動程序。AMD官方表示相比較上週發布的19.7.2版本，在RX 5700上的測試結果顯示遊戲性能提升13%。這款由MachineGames和Arkane Studios開發的合作射擊遊戲目前已通過Steam和Bethesda.net Launcher登陸PC平台。
雖然AMD並沒有詳細說明在升級驅動之後對育碧遊戲可以帶來什麼樣的性能改進，但表示在安裝新版驅動之後可以將《文明6：風雲變幻》的處理速度提升4%。最後AMD透露本次對DirectX 12的改善有微軟在幕後推動，通過這些驅動可以讓Windows 7完全支持這些顯卡，而且微軟也表示將會將更多的DirectX 12遊戲移植到Windows 7系統上。
