IObit Uninstaller是一款强大的卸载工具，它能够有效地取代Windows自带的卸载功能。它支持批量卸载和顽固软件强制卸载功能；并且可以通过强力扫描方式扫描出卸载过程中剩余的残留信息，达到彻底卸载的目的。
